Pregnancy Stretch #1 Cat/Cow

Dr Kade Anderson (Chiropractor) is demonstrating the Cat/Cow stretch, one of the stretches that she has been using to keep lower back pain and sciatica away during her pregnancy. This stretch can be great for the lumbar and gluteal muscles, and can be safely modified for pregnancy.
